What You Can Expect
Consultation
Book a free consultation where we will come out and assess the property, project, and get as many details as possible.
Initial Estimate
Get a rough estimate with the expected cost given what information we have. We will give as much information as possible to decide if this is the right project for you.
Choosing Us
Once you decide you would like to move forward with the project, we would enter a preconstruction agreement, and get a more definitive estimate, engineer review, and renderings (if applicable).
Pre Construction
In the preconstruction phase we will prepare plans, materials, sites, get necessary permits, and make sure everything is in place, minimizing controllable delays and problems that may arise.
Construction Phase
Depending on the size of the project, we will get the necessary crews, trades, or contractors involved on a timeline to keep the project running smoothly. Get updates on progress every visit.
Post Construction
Once the job is complete the project manager will do a final inspection of the property making sure it meets our standards. After that we will collect final payment, and answer any questions you may have.
